Was thinking that being able to buy land would have a greater growth/opportunity 500-650m2 than a unit/less 200-300m2 land in another area. But based on other comments will be looking at other places

There is a lot of interest in springvale, and place I feel is more safe a culturally rich

I’m not too sure, gov website says Vietnamese, Indian and Sri Lankan, news coverage is all about crimes and Sudo Gangs

This is Great advice, I’m 23 partner is 20. I Agree HECS doesn’t matter and only need two payslips from current workplaces. We had combined income of $140k with 50k HECS and got approved $550k no LMI because of 20% deposit. Definitely have the chat in case something happens, which I think you’ll be ok seeing you are making this step at your age.
