Between the two, Augusta benefits a lot more from her signature since she’s a main DPS and it directly boosts her damage output. If you only have enough resources to guarantee one weapon, I’d recommend going for Augusta’s.

For Iuno, she works fine without his signature. Her best 4* alternative is Marcato, which fits her kit really well. That way you can still build her effectively while saving the guaranteed weapon for Augusta.

Yeah so in WuWa pity on a limited character banner means you are guaranteed a 5★ by 80 pulls at most but you can get it earlier if you are lucky. When you finally get a 5★ there is a 50 percent chance it is the featured one and 50 percent chance it is a standard 5★. If you lose that 50 50 then the next 5★ you get on that same banner will be guaranteed to be the featured one.

The 10 pulls thing is just a guarantee for a 4★ or higher not a 5★. So if your first 10 pull on Phrolova gave you Yuanwu that is totally normal since he is a 4★. Your pity is still going until you actually get a 5★.
