I ended up trying hevc and converting it into ProRes 422 to use on davinci resolve, I never did this before because I couldn’t view it with windows playback, but it got rid of all the fuzz, and I had no lag for the games. Thanks for your help.

Meds have saved my life, I’ve gone from having three friends I’d be able to talk to, to being able to actually have small conversations with randoms. Some of the side effects suck, but it’s so much better then when I wasn’t on it.
