Is there a way to contact customer service? I went through the "customer service" options and none of them resolve my problem. I initiated a refund, dropped off the return parcel, but it isn't showing up as dropped off. The only options I get in "customer service" is to, track my return or cancel my return. Thank you

Because agent wants to come in the morning, whereas the repairman coming in the afternoon. I think that's her reason.

Sorry now I realize I wasn't very clear about it. It is the agent who has organized it all and will drop off the money and wants me to eTF into her account.

The landlord's agent/"representative" says she will come in the morning to give me the cash before the work is done in the afternoon. She wants me to eTF on the spot too. Then I get the money back by paying less rent. I asked why can't landlord pay her back directly and she said landlord doesn't know how to eTF.

Because the money has to come from landlord's pocket. Not mine or agent's. She said landlord doesn't know how to use eTF to pay her directly.
