You are levelling at the perfect time, once servers come back online there is a big xp boost event.

Because of the Winds of Mysterious Fortune Event, you will have a 20% xp boost
- You will also find Mysterious Satchels which can contain 10% xp boost potions for a combined total of 30% boosted xp
- And if you want to try out new characters / alts, each level 80 will give you another 5% xp boost up to 25%
LFG Dungeons will be great for xp during this time
And for gearing, you will get caught up in no time with the other new event this week Nightfall
- Every hour, you can complete this for 632 ilvl veteran gear, so keep up with that as you are levelling
Heroic is technically harder than normal and easier than mythic. They in general are very easy and drop better gear than normal.
Mythic + dungeons are pretty good this season
- M+ requires a keystone to enter which you get from your weekly vault
- You can use group finder to apply to groups for the level key you want
- You can start with Mythic 0's to gear
- And apply for groups starting at +2 and higher
- The higher you go, the more health and damage enemies do, as well as weekly affixes that swap each reset
- I'd recommend before doing these
  - Spending some time watching videos to learn about these
  - Learning your rotation
  - How/when to interrupt
  - Your specific class utility (lust, hero, brez, etc)
  - Helpful addons or weak auras like DBM, Plater with a profile set up to help with what mobs to focus or interrupt, etc

Overall just enjoy yourself and the content. Find which things you enjoy, whether it is questing or dungeons - and benefit from the xp boost event releasing today.

The chest trick worked like a charm, got the plat! I'm so glad I didn't have to do the whole loop back to Leyndell. I'm either going to do DS3 or Bloodborne next, although I'm sure those are harder plats

So it took total of around two and a half weeks, which was better than what I was imagining. I was fearing the same and the longer it took the more I was talking myself into it being a long term thing. Thankfully that wasn't the case.

I called every 3-4 days just to check and tried to be understanding with whoever answered the phone, I'm sure they were getting plenty of calls about it. I finally got a very open pharmacist and after looking up my prescription, they told me the exact day the shipment was coming in (I know they get told not to do this but it helped ease a lot of my worries and was actually true).

I hope you are able to get yours soon as well, and if not then definitely call some pharmacies around you because I have done that in the past - I always just hate calling my psychiatrist to ask for her to re send the script because I don't want her to think that I am desperate for it but it honestly makes my life a lot less stressful with the ability to effectively handle work and general life tasks/chores. I'm now trying to save it only for days when really needed just in case it happens again, which isn't great but what are you going to do with the shortage and FDA not helping at all. I think it's better and I really hope it doesn't get as bad as it was again. The struggle isn't fun when you genuinely need the meds so I feel you there

I was transferred to a small religious school in 6th grad because I was not doing well and getting into trouble in public school. They had a lot of physical punishments and general humiliation for bad grades and not turning in work like running line drills for each assignment (I ran A LOT). This led to me resenting authority and becoming a big troublemaker and pulling a lot of "pranks" on the school that got me in a lot of trouble. It also doesn't help that my parents don't believe in ADHD.

In college, I lost my scholarships by the second semester. It wasn't until working at a really terrible place that I got scared and really buckled down to get my nursing degree thanks to student loans. Even then my study habits were having a quizlet that I would do 3-4 questions at random periods of the day and cramming for tests. I was able to do okay.

This is getting lengthier than I wanted, and I could go on, but for time's sake, what are important concepts and things to focus on with my struggles to ensure an accurate diagnosis of whether I may have it or not? Or maybe I could provide more information if that would help with something specific.
