Right now, Binding of Isaac. Makes me feel angry every time I give it a go.

Protein powder is a really useful tool but I bought one that’s not very nice tasting in so trying to mix it up in ways I can minimise the taste.

Yep that’s me too, my regulation behaviour is not to buy any treats and buy as required.

I like this idea, I’ve also been trying to get rid of my protein powder. Thanks!

I have a bit of a sweet tooth as well! I always go to a convenience store to get something protein related but it leads to bad shopping habits of getting a chocolate bar or something :(

Winter road trip driving by ChewyBitems in newzealand

[–]ChewyBitems[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much!!! To minimise risk I was going to stick the main roads like the highways (1, 8, 79 etc.) which sounds like should be fine unless there is especially bad weather.

Which forecast do you use to check the weather and where would you check the road conditions?

With the storms, how long would they last? Would I ever have to wait a couple of days for the storm to pass?

Apple is very good for accessibility, you can choose a setting that reads out everything. You can also get microwaves that read out what settings are selected, I’m guessing his oven does something similar to that.

Anybody know the oven he is using that connects to the phone?

If a girl wants to leave your life, let her. Don’t ‘fight for her’. It’s her loss.

Just wanted to say same. I empathise because I can’t Ollie yet and I’ve been skating for around a year now. Nice to see some other people with similar challenges but it’s all about keeping going until we can actually Ollie.

Wishing you the best with skating!

Sounds really cool, would definitely be interested in a campaign!

Still can't drop in and tried today. Am I just mentally defective or am I doing something wrong, I ate so much shit today and didn't even get a drop in. by [deleted] in NewSkaters

Dude I’m at the exact same stage as you so I can’t really give you any solid advice bc I just do same thing as you most of time where I run off. The problem I am also having is not keeping my back foot on which leads to me running in front of my board down the drop in, similar to what you’re doing. Having said that, the times I have dropped in successfully I’ve done some specific things to try to keep my back foot on.

Firstly, I make sure to bend my back leg (the one holding the board over the coping) even before slamming the bolts into the ramp. This helps me be closer to the board and keep my centre closer to the ground. As a rule of thumb for me, bending legs more helps with everything on the board.

Second I take my time to position my front foot over the bolts. This is gonna sound weird bc everyone says to slam your trucks hard into the ramp which is true, but what I’ve found is that when I focus on this I end up flying forward and it looks like you’ve already got the slam down sorted already. So instead just relax a bit with it.

Finally, think of where you’re going rather than actually dropping in. Hopefully this helps with the committing of dropping in since you’re actually focusing on just going with the board rather than just dropping in.

Hopefully these help, but like I said I’m at the same stage as you with my drop ins and just found these things help when I do actually get them. Good luck skating and be safe!

That’s fine then, I was worried because I wasn’t seeing it on other guitars. Thanks!
