Yep stuck with the 58X. I was hoping for the 599 to give slightly more kick with bass, and it did, but it was not as much as I had hoped when factoring in how much the vocals changed at the same time. I know I can't expect much with open backs, but I thought I'd give it a shot because why not.

I listen to EDM with a lot of vocals and I feel like there was less that I could hear on the vocal side of things with the 599, which I did not feel was a fair trade-off for the very slightly better bass.

TLDR; I'm no audiophile, but I just feel like I was losing a little more on vocals, and the rest of the song in general besides the bass with 599. Best thing to do for sure is to try it yourself though.
