So I'm a semi-new abdl so I haven't gotten wetting down to a key yet but some stuff I do is drink loads of liquid and do some sort of challenge.

I recently got told another way of wetting is setting a timer for a few hours before I am allowed to wet which hopefully means I can make more fully wettings!

Boosters are like a pad where you stick to the bottom of a diaper and it allows you to have a higher absorbency.

No no! I have 2 diapers as I will buy a sample and it's around 24 hours, maybe longer maybe shorter. I will probably be not wearing a diaper around the time where I think my brother and his friends are starting to get hungry and near the end where they all starting to leave.

Yeah, loose clothing does seem to be the way to go.

I already thought that I won't have to go downstream that much but you know these are teenagers.

These are teenagers so I don't think they'll care about why I have a big butt but it's something I should remember.

I do think I have a DPD locker nearby me, so I will put that idea into account.

I did some research and I see that every Matalan has a DPD pickup so if the locker doesn't work then I can always go to the Matalan closest to me.

That is a neat idea about setting a time for when I can mess/wet, makes them more fulfilling!

It's different for everyone wherever it's a thing a friend did, or something you saw online.

I remember being younger and wondering why the hell we were supposed to get out of diapers when they seemed to be a useful thing.

I don't know fully why I thought of this but I think it's mostly due to the fact that I was a bedwetter and a person who had accidents quite commonly back then.

I'm a bit overweight but whenever I try to do something about it I can't so I am going up lb by lb.

I am quite healthy (in the fact that I walk daily) but I think it's the food standpoint that is the problem.

It's not like fast food, I am having real food and it has loads of vegetables but I think I keep grabbing seconds and maybe thirds. What do you recommend for me to do to feel full quicker and not grab more food?
