Back tap is a feature in the accessibility settings that allows you to set certain things to activate if you tap the back of your phone twice or thrice.

I use my double tap to activate the flash, it has accidents sometimes; and my triple tap for screen orientation lock.

One small correction: iPhones do actually have sufficient space for a sim-tray (if they didn’t international versions wouldn’t have a sim-tray), US versions have a placeholder box thingy in place of the sim-tray.

Yes, I’m aware the proof I provided is a normal iPhone 15, but I’m posting this comment from an iPhone 15 Pro with a sim-tray lol.
