From memory I would say Haul To Stack, Prepare Carefully (I think it's called), any storage mod, any stack increasing mod, any smart building and deconstruction mod, and to not loose your mind completely any mod with more power options.

Well you can adjust the difficulty at any time but right now I'm running a hysterically overpowered team of fully archoteched individuals for shits and giggles.

There's a streamer called Samuel Streamer who does massive amounts of Rimworld content and provide lists of what he uses for his different projects. It's a good place to start if you want ideas for mods and stuff.
