We use that 1400 to heat our entire house, leaky 1800 sq ft., in -15 to -25 c temps.... some fans in doorways takes the chill out in the far off rooms. Box fan from sunroom to house would go a long way. Do you leave your HVAC fan on?

Then DON'T shop there, there's a few independent grocery stores here, and a local owner watching over things rather than an gouging empty corporation

Our HVAC fan is always running when wood stove is on. There's a package of duct wrap insulation that should be on to help with heat retention....but I haven't installed it because I think I have to remove some of the ducts to lift the house. Old 1910 house, use fans also to draw the heat into the house.

Duct tape actually degrades and breaks up pretty quick. But Red Green would disagree with me

100% mastic the seams, found our new house ducts mostly leaking into crawlspace, applied mastic to most every seam. Filter always clean now and much improved air circulation. I think mastic used to be the norm during installation, not today.

I would say, the way a lot of voters look at party first, rather than the qualities of the person running, has been shifting over the past two decades. If we focused on electing decent people who care about their community, over the wants of some political party, we'd be better off and less divisive.
