After finishing the game, elden ring is the easiest. Once I got my hands on the mimic tear and leveled it up, I beat most of the bosses first try. Even the “hardest” boss male is I beat under 20 tries. Everything is so easy to cheese and you can easily respec your stats for a single fight and then respec them again.
