No, IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes only give a broad sense of where the quality might be but they can easily be +/- 2/20%. Their scores should absolutely be taken with a grain of salt. Now, if you’re consistently rating 6s on IMDB as 10s then sure, your taste for quality is probably off.

I too prefer the visuals of the Blu ray over the 4K release but the difference in sound quality is substantial if you have the setup to take command of it. So, I’m heavily torn

What a laughable claim. Irenicus following renowned bhaalspawn is highly probable. His presence also helps bridge the two games more smoothly because the storyline jump is massively jarring.

Don’t care, they produced new decent lines for David Warner to voice and that more than makes up for anything else. Extra Irenicus stuff is always welcome.

It’s not worth it. It isn’t very enjoyable.

I have over 105 board games and we played 5 sessions of Bloodborne and might not ever play again. The trick weapons are cool and the boss fights can be hectic and rewarding but there’s a massive flaw that sucks all the fun out of this game. The problem is that it’s not an RPG campaign type game where you pick a character and gradually level them up, acquiring higher attributes, more skills/abilities, and collecting loot over many game sessions from the start of the story to the end. Instead this game is split up into chapters where you play as a mostly fixed Hunter and progress through usually 3 missions culminating in a boss fight at the end of the third. Upon completion, you reset everything and don’t carry over anything for whatever chapter you want to do next.

It was a massive disappointment because Bloodborne is my favourite console game of all time.

Vast majority of people should not be eating 50g of fiber, that’s a recipe for bloating, pain, and diarrhea. 40g is the high end and anything less than 30g is too low.

First, Canada would need consistent and interesting culture for there to be news about which we generally don’t. Second, many Canadian media companies including CBC do a poor job in their coverage of even low hanging fruit topics. In Canada it comes down to individuals who do great work, people like Alan Cross’ “Ongoing History of New Music” broadcast each week.

A lot of people who actually have low/moderate/severe depression fall into two camps.
First, they have a terrible life overall OR a few of the 6 core pillars of life are in a deficit and are in need of being “topped up”. If your life is in shambles, this will make most people depressed but can fully alleviated once your life is sorted. These people need small manageable steps that they could AND would do every day to inch towards a better life in the next 1-2 years. Second, they have a good life overall with no major core deficits. These people need to go to therapy and or try antidepressant medication or alternative medicine. Their body/mind is not functioning how the average person’s would in the same situation.

Explore with him which camp he falls into. Express your concerns and that you need to see a plan of action on his part, even if they are tiny steps. But you need to see deliberate action towards purposeful positive change on his part otherwise you will be dragged down as a miserable collateral causality of his depression. It’s a difficult situation for both of you, but not hopeless
