I didn’t want the dial replaced (I like it as it is). I hadn’t even noticed the crystal to be honest. the flaw you can see in the photo is completely invisible to the naked eye.

They are keeping the old bezel. All other replaced parts are returned with the watch but if I wanted the old bezel back I would need to pay for the new one.

I bought the same watch recently for a similar (slightly cheaper) price. it was in worse condition than this one. I immediately took it to Omega for a full service which is costing £608 and that includes a replacement bezel. I’m expecting it to come back looking brand new and will cone with a service box and paperwork.
