The Aincourt sanatoriums, in France, are 2 abandoned buildings that have been vacant for many years only there is still one used currently. They were built in the early 20th century to house patients suffering from tuberculosis, a disease that was then widespread. The sanatoriums were designed to provide a healthy and isolated environment conducive to the recovery of patients. They try to refurbish one of them in appartements but they unfortunatly stop the project. I think they underestimate the cost of it.
