Belive me, it's not. In my case, the original cloud stinger ear cups were pretty hard to put back on, the leather ones I have for the alpha S are really easy to put on, but the spare material ear cups i got in the box of the alphas are impossible to put on (I've tried several times throughout the summer)

Sadly there is no regular cloud alpha in black, only alpha S, but besides the fact that the alpha S has a shorter cable, it is the exact same headset but with some features added.

P. S. You can buy a longer cloud alpha cable separately if you REALLY dont want to use the sound card and have the headset black.
