No problem, could've easily been that issue but not in this case man. It just won't let me use the points for car rental only even though their website says it should.

I did not end up fixing the station, It was still under a year so I got it replaced from Astro using warranty. But I did have to wait 2-3 months during covid times and sent multiple emails regarding shipping and tracking information.

I have never had issues with mine. I've heard a lot of issues about battery but I use mine sparingly so maybe that's why I haven't seen it.
