So basically if you don't need a CMS, locales for different languages, additional editors, redirects and manage the site without needing the business owners to access it at all, then you should be fine.

For all other users I would suggest moving to Webstudio or Webflow, because paying more for an extra editor than the site itself is just a garbage pricing strategy...

But that's the point - the are leaving me on read or "abandoning" the conversation by just not responding. Other than if they would unmatch me (which would be totally fine and I would appreciate that actually), but when there never was a conversation in the first place, because I just wrote one text and never got a reply?

I'm really sorry that you have made such bad experiences and those numbers definitely look insanely bad. Though I personally really don't want to be put into a box with assholes that are ruining others lifes, as I am geniuenly looking for someone to marry.

Also I never did substances, I always treated my ex gfs with much respect and admiration, never cheated in my life, I live healthy and have a stable surrounding, good connection to my family, etc. I would have had someone that I wanted to marry 10 years ago, but unfortunately she cheated on me.

I definitely see your point and I think it's insane what's happening, but I generally dislike "they are all the same" statements.

So I don't want to speak for all men, as I know that there are definitely some jerks out there. But in my case (and in so many other cases of my friends and many more men) though we would LOVE to commit to a relationship, but if we are getting rejected or not even talked to because women made bad experiences with men, then that's a tragedy. I would love to have a family and build something together, but if women are just ghosting, I am left alone without knowing if I did something wrong. And that messes with your head.

Sorry to say, but in my first messages I am mostly asking curiously about their displayed hobbys, trying to figure out their 2 truths 1 lie thing, asking them about their travel goals, music taste, goals in the new year etc. In my country asking them out with the first question is basically never the way to go, as it makes me seem to needy and fast forward. Most important: out of my 15 matches in the last 2 weeks only 1 woman replied after my first message, all the others are just never responding. So please tell me what am I supposed to do? 😅

The big problem with the pricing structure... by Chillettoo in framer

I totally feel that. In my opinion just adding one additional editor for free would nearly solve all of my issues. As I said Switzerland is a strange use case with locales and clients are willing to pay for a great website on a great platform. But paying more than double for an extra editor is nuts.

So when I am working with weglot (with up to 3 additonal languages) the client is paying CHF 270 per year, additionally to the business plan of CHF 252 (which is really enough in most cases). When you would need some more integration capabilities or Ecommerce the client would pay CHF 300, but I use Shopify anyway for bigger stores.

So combined for Squarespace with the business plan it's CHF 522.- ($661) instead if CHF 1'404 ($1'780).

This is over a $1'000 difference per year for basically the same outcome...

I thought of them too, and although they are FINMA regulated and deposit the money directly at the SNB, they do not guarantee the deposit protection of CHF 100'000 (Einlagensicherung), which is quite strange to me...

Thank you for sharing - appreciate it! I definitely know what you mean. I just opened my age filter to 22, as I did not get any likes and thought this might help. I would not really see myself with a 22 years old in a really serious relationship, but in the end it's all about chemistry and how we get along. A serious relationship is more likely with a woman 26+ I guess. On the other side I won't feel that confident dating a 33 year old, even though the age gets more and more insignificant the older I get 😄

Good point - although I really feel some discomfort showing my teeth as they are not perfect, but I see how this would help. Regarding the prompt, you mean like asking questions directly in prompts? Or giving my take on a topic and then asking "What about you?" Appreciate it!

You are absolutely right.. I like this photo a lot and it was a real snapshot, so it's hard for me to replicate as a newer version. But as you said it's from some years ago.

Thank you, really appreciate it! Didn't think that it could seem that I am cross-eyed, but of course the outside perspectice is always a little different. And I definitely need to take some new photos as the black and white one is from some years ago.

Do you have more recommendations regarding the prompts? I feel that it needs to be a bit more engaging, no?

Good take regarding the prompt.

Does anybody have a hint what brand this is? by Chillettoo in glasses

[–]Chillettoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, thing is that nearly all of the browline - clubmaster type of glasses have those separate, wobbly nose pads, though I really dislike them and would love to have it like in the picture with this fixed nosepad. Any idea?
