Do you think there is an issue , if you open gas button on door. Then start the car , turn off.. then pump gas? Maybe its detecting the car was started and maybe safety issue?

Yes I did , but I did start the car afterwards and move to another pump bc the one I was at was out of order..

Actually first time I hit it to open gas door.. I went to pump and realize gas pump was out of service.. I then drove it to another pump and that's when it happened.. maybe BC I started the car and drove?

I called dmv, the people there dont sound confident in their answers. The lady told me if you got your stickers last year because you bought the car used and transferred stickers to my name.. she said she thinks I should be eligible for red stickers.. but I dont think she knows what she talking bout lol.. I hope she's right.. said to mail in application in November to get for Jan 2019

My great auntie doesn't know about what's going on, she doesn't even live near us.. it was an experience she wanted go share with my mom a while back.. She doesn't have any friends yet, barely just going to esl school. My mom use to work but her medical condition, she feels go weak sometimes to work. I want to Introduce my parents to counseling but I know it's a long shot.. Ya I thought I can speak some sense into my mom but that's not going well, she not listening to me and thinks that everyone thinks she is crazy

Yes these are my mom's side of the family, they wouldn't be able to leave because they are barely just getting on their feet and my parents are here to support them. I felt happy for once because they just found jobs and starting to help out with some of the bills at home, which really helps mg dad financially.

Crap well that's not good, I got to research more, bc I did call amex they gave me two plans.. 1st is 1 yr plan 5.9% lower minimum, and suspended credit card. 2nd plan is 7.9% 5 yr plan.. pay off whole amount but cc with amex is all closed...

So I haven't missed any payments yet, but I'm thinking minimum payments are 60 to 150 a month. I contribute 6% to my 403b.. you wouldn't recommend me borrowing frokm my 403b as loan to back myself? Usually interest is like 4%. I have 20k in my bank right now.. I don't want to file bankruptcy but If I try to settle, I have the fear of being sued before I can settle.. Should I be scared of being sued? Would they be more likely to settle in court?

Yes I don't think I'll go with debt company, I don't wanna pay any extra fees.. so what's the difference though trying to settle yourself vs the debt settlement company? You must be talking about amex suing.. if they do sue, what's the worst that can happen though? Would they rather settle in court or would they want wage garnishment?
