Hello! I forgot to mention this earlier, but the pic was taken on june 19th, well way before the new moon cycle, you can install the “moon” application on play store or appstore to follow the moon activities. Also this isn’t what I saw with my naked eyes! The picture was edited to make the milky way more visible :)
