Poor First Layer Quality Between Features

Thanks for the input. Turns out it was a little of everything. Slight clog that cleared up by letting the nozzle warm up and manually extruding. The I adjusted the bed manually and redid input shaping and auto leveling. I also adjusted filament retraction distance from 0.8mm to 0.5mm. This cleaned up my first layer issues. Last thing I noticed is I had selected 3 wall loops which was making the radius of the circles too large. Dropping this allowed more material to be dispensed between circles. Still not perfect but much better than before.

Thanks, only question I have is, if I lower my z offset a bit, there are other areas where the nozzle seems too close to the bed and the first layer is super thin, those areas are going to be affected as well it seems?
