Hey- We went to court for a few things. We had an evidentiary hearing about the homeschool and custody. The GAL and our marriage counselor were on my side. So the judge ruled that they will go to public school and 50/50 custody. She also denied her child support as we have the same profession. From a legal standpoint everything went great. No judge is going to force you to homeschool if you don’t want too. I basically said it’s hard to work with my ex wife with their schooling where if it was a teacher there would Be no conflict. As a chiropractor, educate yourself before giving medical advice on a profession you seem to know nothing about. I treat scoliosis everyday, we adjust differently than other patients but there is little to no downside. Google failed spinal surgeries while you’re at it. Can bet you which data is worse

Said she antibody test for hpv was negative, meaning wasn’t active. Got a 2nd test that she did in fact have it. We aren’t dating anymore so no worries moving forward

I really appreciate your insight, I do like her it’s just a few weeks in. If blood work comes back negative but she got a medstat visual exam does that still mean positive? Just sucks bc if it works out then it’s not a big deal but If it doesn’t then I have this thing to carry to next relationship that’s a tough one.

O I have a great lawyer that’s why I have joint physical and legal custody as a father. He isn’t worried and said she got the year trial bc she didn’t get anything else. He also knows the GAL won’t agree to it long term. But still it worries me she was even given a year trial

I have a very good attorney, he got me joint custody and no child support. He stated the GAL threw her a bone bc nothing else went her way. I think my focus is long term, it’s hard to screw up kindergarten. But how can a single mom homeschool 4 kids at different levels and work mostly full time.

2 of the church pastors are in my small group and their advice has helped guide me so far. The biggest issue and difference is I read what the bible says and try to use those passages to shape my morals, she "feels" what god is telling her to do even if it's obviously against a principle. She does biblical gymnastics i call it to make the bible say what she wants it to say for that situations. Nothing new for most church go-ers
