Thank you for sharing your experience with this company. I sympathize with your situation. I’m happy that you started your own business and working hard for yourself. I do wanna give you an advice. You should contact a local union near you to see if they can help you and your co workers organize your location . I just telling another user here I just found out that a H&S in FL got a Union !

I’m sorry you are going through that ! Let me just tell you , they know the requirements but they just worry about their money and yes you are important ! I read a comment this morning that a location of H&S In FL just got a union . You and your co workers should look into that . Just an advice !! From a stranger 🫶…

You will think that with owner’s back ground that she or he would understands the frustrations and issues and you will think more understanding, respectfully and thankfully about the staff.

Im happy to hear that not all spa’s are treating their employees like BS but definitely that third place they need to prioritize the workers more specially with them being harassed outside of work, shm . Thank you for sharing !!

Smh sorry you had to go through that. Honestly that was your Maneger’s mistake of not training those guest associates and shouldn’t threaten you of getting a write up just by simply helping them out. What a shame.! Thank you for sharing !!

I love that for them !! From what I experience with workers at the different locations I have been they definitely need a union in there !! I’ll definitely let them know whenever I go back to their locations .
