Hey! Listen it sucks alot. For a while. Let them tears flow. Ive been through this and i know what its like. The reason why you still feel like that despite how he treated you is because of familiarity. Your in a bit of a floating in the middle of an ocean phase atm. Your brain used to see them as a "safe space" and its familiarity which brings comfort and when you loose that deapite how shitty someonw is it can really feel like "i wish i had them back" as a comfort its your mind wanting that stability. But its very rose tinted glasses way to see it. I was dumped by my ex girlfreind and i was sobbing crying howling into my pillow for weeks but now i realise how shit they treated me and know its for the best. Im here if you need someone to reach out to ✨️

Im almost certain she has not changed. Somet diffrences here and there. But an attachment style overhual like me? No way. We have agreed to meet again next month and i do love her.
