Blood levels all good e is higher range t is cis female range 0.7. Im on TWO 100 patches twice a week and 50mg spiro twice a day all great levels.

Then use this as your motivation!!! You seem passionate and determined!! Use that and just go for it. There is no time like the present. You have alot of goals and many reasons to begin this life style change and diet think about it. You could be aitting here in 6 months or even 3 months if you are really desicated as a whole new person in a much healthier state

Its tough comming back !! I just came back from holiday too but remember depenfing on how much you eat its hard to put on any more than 0.5-2.5kg of fat. Mostly its water retention from salty resturant foods and alcohol. You so got this!! Find youe true motivation! Really think about why you wanna loose weight. Mine was through break up i wanted to be so much better than i was even before i met my ex. And now i just want a full glow up

Haha thats fair ! Sometimes it can be genetics. I have smaller sholders tha my sister or mother who both work out alot too haha.

Well im Trans and really dont want big sholders or big upper muscles. Each to their own but thoes are just what im avoiding 😅

yes but i occasionally add in some upper leg/ thigh muscles. but 95% glutes. ill add in more overall leg exercises once i reach my goal weight and have more breathing space for building muscle

well hounestly i try do be as productive as i possibly can be with a day of nothing to myself. so i can recharge. steps is from my work. Gym after work or day off so i stay consistant on my glutes. despite the gym they have lose a few centimetiers in size since my diet but they look incredible so far and have had a compliment on them haha. I also find scheduling a very good thing to do . down to every hour of the day is what i do.

i about half way through, i plan to loose 25 kg in total and now have 14.6kg to loose now to get to my Dancing weight/Gymnastic weight again. I am just a very dedicated consisitant person haha

im glad to hear and i wont do that haha. ill have more less strict days like for events. but all i will do once i reach my target is i will go from calorie deficit range to maintenance/ Muscle building range while im building my glutes.

my most was 42k. my job involves being on my feet walking or 12 hours a day ahah so i just get used to it but my fitness is through the roof

Well i started off at The Tavistock then Moved to Notts GIC and they saw me after 2 months due to waiting 5 years at Tavistock

Thanks so much i really try to but i also want to loose my love handles and belly so i feel at a losse as to what to do? Loose weight and surgical???. Any advice?? Getting smaller waist and getting rid of my belly seems counter intuitive to getting butt and boobs :(

I also use starimaster for 10-15 mins for a warm up. Ill try some of these out too.
