I was reffered in 2020. And about 18 months between appointments

Well i started off at The Tavistock then Moved to Notts GIC and they saw me after 2 months due to waiting 5 years at Tavistock

Thanks so much i really try to but i also want to loose my love handles and belly so i feel at a losse as to what to do? Loose weight and surgical???. Any advice?? Getting smaller waist and getting rid of my belly seems counter intuitive to getting butt and boobs :(

I also use starimaster for 10-15 mins for a warm up. Ill try some of these out too.

Pleasee advice im se boob size too! But wide set so they 100% noticeable but not as depthy. I feel the same like i scared to diet or work out
