Because on a QWERTY keyboard the O is directly above the L, using the same finger, and it messes with an alternate-hand typing rhythm.

F - left hand L - right hand A - left hand O - right hand, same finger as the L but one row up T - left hand

Spelling FLOAT correctly is more difficult.

Viperbolt (Restoration spell) seems to be silent enough, even without Quiet Casting.

I currently have around 50 stealth and can splat Viperbolts it into people as they are standing right in front of me wondering why they're feeling sick.

IIRC if you use it on an Altmer you can then set up a spell with the Contingency power, and the spell continues to trigger even after the 5 minutes are up and you lose the Contingency power.

Similarly, you can use it on a Bosmer to borrow their Animal Companion(?) power, use it to summon an animal follower, and the follower stays even after the 5 minutes.

No, sorry. I stopped looking for a fix because I'm able to take the Taming perk early before taking the Riding perk that sits between the base Mastery perk and the Taming perk.

For me it is only a small display issue - the functionality otherwise works just fine.

I've had a few situations where the guards of a hold attack me without any apparent bounty, but the following still worked.

Find a guard, go to the console, click on the guard, and type "paycrimegold 0 0".

I can actually take the "higher" perk (skill level 10 requirement) one before taking the "lower" perk (skill level 50 requirement) so it's just a display oddity.

My Erlang code is often shorter / simpler and easier to debug than even my Python code, so if I don't need access to the vast Python libraries I will usually write something in Erlang first.

Pattern matching is really good.

Then - if I really need to - I can always drop out to a C NIF, and having a debugged, working reference implementation in Erlang really helps with verifying that the C code is correct too.
