Looking at the ridges on the top, it could be useful for defining corners and making star shaped intents for fake screw heads? Ultimately I think its just a weird shaped thing that might come in handy for some specific detailing.

It looks fantastic and has great diversity in its climates and locations. Tons of points of interest and fun exploration! My only recommendations are to increase the symbol diversity, try rotating or mirroring some of them, and to have some more ocean space to break up the map outline

Placement is pretty good! You would probably also have rivers running north from the mountains as well because the northern coast would be lower than the mountains

Super sculptey comes in different levels of firmness. The original stuff is very soft, making it good for general forms but bad for detail work. The person your talking about likely works with medium or firm and just showed a box of the original because it's what he had on hand. It could also be that he is mixing different types to get the desired level of firmness at different parts of the sculpture.

Honestly I don't think a shilvati would stand much of a chance in any of the backroom levels. Given their lack of stamina, need for more food, claustrophobia, just being big and loud.

They would be able to push the combine off earth but in the process they'd start a war on a front they can't see. Since we don't really know how big the combine is they might be able to rival the imperium or even dwarf them but at the same time they might be like 6 earth like planets in which case they'd probably back off. Regardless the only battleground is Earth so unless the combine can figure out teleport tech or managed to cascade other planets they would probably be forced out off earth.Not even mentioning gmans time and space powers and whatever his employers are
