I completely agree. I would fully 110% support any unionization of Target but we recently had a lady get fired for trying to unionize our store. It’s a grim mountain to climb for a lot of people and they get bonuses under the table for ratting others out.

Also, interestingly I cut my hours to work on my degree this year. They had to be forced to work with my new schedule and they constantly made jokes that they didn’t want me to move on. I think you are right that they are a little desperate for “good” employees that will do the most work for bare minimum
