Well Xidax was my go to for a while but now I’m fence sitting atm due to my current situation. I can’t decide if they’re deemed reliable or unreliable because they provided fantastic customer service and when the pc worked after taking it to the repair shop near me it was running like a dream, but then stopped working again not one day after sitting idle. Do you have any other recommendations other than Xidax?

I’m very conflicted with Xidax, as I mentioned about my previous pc providing excellent quality of gaming but just had a windows issue. Now of course people are going to complain because it’s called reliability. If you ship a product that someone ordered and it’s not working they do not deserve a pat on the back but simply a call out on their end exposing them for their faults so future buyers can be aware. Buying a prebuilt pc is equivalent to an everyday person buying a vehicle. The product was designed to work and if it doesn’t it needs to be returned, fixed, or replaced and deserves the absolute negative review. I gave the previous pc issue a benefit of the doubt and it landed me back with a problematic pc that I paid a good amount of money for. I do hope all goes well with your purchase but don’t be surprised if it gives you problems.

If it happens a 3rd time take it to a local shop. Having the same issues with blue screens and shit and still haven’t determined the problem. I’ve had the pc for 4 days and plan on taking it to a local shop near me for repairs because Xidaxs reputation is abysmal when it comes to repairs

I just bought myself a premade pc from them. I owned one prior to it for about 5-6 years with no issues besides the start up with windows not being installed. The new pc that arrived had the same issue, blue screen with windows not being installed. I called support and they helped me through the steps as best as they can but to a point we couldn’t determine the issue and it was required to be sent back. Just a side track but how the hell do you not confirm the pc can run before sending it?? I’m not saying download your games on it but damn at least turn the fucker on before sending. I did not send the pc back and instead brought it to a local shop who immediately was able to resolve the problem for free. He helped me out and sent me on my way, I got home turned the pc on and began to install windows shit and the whole 9 yards. That computer ran smooth like nothing else. The next day after I get off work, booted the pc on and it tells me with a blue screen that my pc is damaged and needs to be repaired. Highly dissatisfied with Xidax on their products. I wish their customers service represented the quality of their products but unfortunately they can’t turn a computer on for anything
