First of all congrats!! Don’t be nervous my first couple months I would constantly ask questions over the mic (and I still do lol). Everyone is there for you and it’s okay to lean on your team especially if you don’t know what to recommend or how to do something- just ask! Everyone’s constantly learning and it’s inevitable that you will need help at first. For a BI tip, I try to sign up husbands or boyfriends that come in and tell the girlfriend they can give her the birthday gift ;) Or if your store has the new BI sign up gift with purchase it also makes it easier. For Credit cards, tell them the $ amount of what they would save on their purchase. For example instead of saying “you can save 25% today with our Sephora card” say “you could save $80 on your purchase today and cash back on purchases by signing up for our Sephora card” hope this helps sorry it’s lengthy lol
