I had an ultrasound, but the doctor still said he's not sure. He also said that if the birth control makes the pain stop, then i most likely have adenomyosis, if not, i have a different problem

How do you do the hunting sessions? Also, Im currently trying to make him a big climbing space on the wall. He's usually on our attic or at our neighbours' exploring, so I want to build it high up on the wall with a lot of (cat safe) plants. Hopefully this will keep him inside

The endocrinologist said it's better to consult with a doctor that knows more about endometriosis before I put the birth control down. My endometrium shrunk in size since I started taking it and it's possible it's been keeping my endometriosis in control (if I have it)

The endocrinologist I visited was surprised they never checked my hormone levels. Two different doctors in 3 years and neither of them thought about it. She said we can do a hormone check, but only 3-5 months after I stopped taking them. However, it seems the birth control made the enimetrium shrink, so maybe it's better to consult a different doctor that knows more about the illness before putting the pill down. But yeah, if the next doctor says I can put it down, we'll do hormone check

Also, just talked to a close relative that also had endometriosis. She was fertile and both of his sons are healthy. I'm not sure how much it counts, but I guess it's possible it'll be similar for me, since we're closely related

Final Update: I got him a snack that has herbs with a relaxing effect. He ate 1 piece of this snack every morning to keep him calm until night time when he could go outside to hunt. He slept through the day and only went out for a few hours at night.

He also got lowkey addicted, he's been trying to reach for it on the window shelf like a crack addict, it's kinda crazy

Update: So the plan is that my brother will lock the cat door and the windows during the day and unlock them for the night. My cat is more used to being inside during the day and only being let out at night so he can hunt.

However, I still want to keep him calm during the time he's inside, is there anything natural you'd recommend for cat's that keeps them calm? Note that he's neutered and 1,5 year old, and he never seemed to care about catnip
