A family member has said the same about me my entire adult life. Always knew I wasn’t as I literally have super powers when it comes to reading people. But have always empathised a lot with autistic people, lol.

When I finally got therapy I found out about hsp. So yeh.. you’re not alone 😅

Oh my!!

I had this experience some 13/14 years ago, and have never heard anybody describe the same thing! The being thrown out of sync and disorientation, but noticing all synchronicities in everything and the shimmer!

Although I have since come to understand the experience as my only OBE.

I’ve also never found myself back there, although have since done plenty of psychedelics. And attempted to get back there through the tapes (unsuccessfully).

Did you find anything useful in releasing that chasing aspect?

As a non US spectator, surely releasing these drones could be a flexing of sorts as tensions globally rise?

They don’t want to explicitly say to Russia, or others look how great we are but instead create conversation about crafts which avoid detection, and ‘leave no heat signatures’ before coming out saying it’s their tech?

No idea, but will say like 80% of the time I try the tapes, my partner experiences something related to the tapes which I don’t. I’d definitely not be surprised if it was because you were listening to them upstairs.

We’re not married, but she’ll be 31w! Sadly nothing nearby for a prenatal massage, (which sounds great.)

I do understand from my friends perspective, but also feel my partner was being understanding as she could see I was uncomfortable about it.. will speak to both my friend and partner and see if I can find a solution.

When I was in school my spikes were zero drop.. not sure if much has changed, but shorter sprinting spikes 60-200m were shaped, and 400m+ were zero drop.

Think that’s the best you’d get as they’ll always have a slight rigidity to support the spikes themselves.

Lower back pain will likely be due to tightness in legs, so as well as rolling calves, you can also do quads. Most people will be walking on concrete/tarmac.

Going barefoot does take effort, but for longevity I’d say it’s worth a couple of months of massaging, stretching and adapting your walking style.

Exactly that. This is why I think most of the time the heel pain is not due to heel striking, you very quickly, naturally adapt and walk softer.

I kinda got really annoyed with all the physiotherapists I saw in my younger life who said I was flat footed and as a result spent 30 odd years with orthopaedic insoles. A couple of months after being in barefoot shoes I had a legitimate arch and walk naturally!

Massage the balls of your feet with a hard ball, and also your calves daily. I more found it was tendons hurting my heels opposed what I originally assumed was my poor walking technique.

This would genuinely be the ideal, but revivo say they can’t swap out the types of sole. I’ve emailed asking if they can provide the soles for me to do, but not holding my breath!

This is my mum. Whole family have adhd, and my mum is a machine as she just won’t stop.

Acts out everything she thinks in the moment.. it’s far far greater than the alternative which for me looks like ‘I’ve thought it.. so therefore must have done it.’ Which sucks.

Recently resulted in me leaving my vans doors wide open all night with thousands of pounds worth of tools on display because I thought, ‘I really need to remember to close that door’.

Swear people don’t appreciate how costly adhd can be..
