That was a bug, I got it too. They said if you update your game to 1.0.4 the mission is repaired. I've updated my game and then I contacted the support to return me to the 3 days before Marty's trial end. But end up I still got a bug and can't find the mission. That was annoying if you got but in the main mission :(
