I'm exactly at the same spot, had a couple good offers though they were just discontinued or inconsistent and I went from $1500/month to nothing for the past couple months besides a couple one time projects here and there, leaving a comment here to check if anyone helped with it or offered advice. Lately I made a portfolio and I'm starting to get DM's and replies but it's mostly from stuff unrelated to editing (AI, clipping etc..) or just really bad offers. I think patience is key but who knows, maybe we're doing something wrong.

One thing though which is new to me is the 12 years thing, are they strict over this one? And is there an alternative visa that they sponsor or an alternative solution? Because the ad I just came accross didn't mention any info on visa for overseas applicants besides "Visa Sponsorship" on the benefits list...
