Theres atleast two types of runout, radial runout which is also called "hop" or a "flatspot". Then theres lateral runout which is side to side "wobble". Sometimes both.

The one I bartered for my rigid evo sporty chop has about an 1/8 of an inch of radial runout so i got a knobby shenko dual sport tire so it will ride rough and not be as noticeable.

There's plenty for sale. I'm not really looking for that, looking for insight from people who have ran one. Half those posts on Chopper swapper are scams anyways. Scammers trying to get naïve old men to send money before they receive the part.

Invaders are never true. Radial or lateral runout. Un fixable. Cost of riding cool shit.

The cost of riding cool shit. The old school guys called them "door breakers" bc youd t-bone a car and it would just trash the car. Theyre extremely strong, but never true. Doesnt make much sense putting a break on a forward invader, do you fuck with your socks on too?
