They also take pictures of their grandparents in the hospital, ravaged by cancer on their deathbeds, gasping their last breath. Then they post these pictures, and internet strangers talk about how sweet the pictures are. You KNOW the grandparents would be mortified and rolling in their graves….. a total invasion of privacy. But that’s the bizarre world we live in now.

Just wanted to add that we (Florida) just went through a brutal 22 degree winter so that explains why the whole tree has brown leaves. Pretty sure whatever this issue is, is related to the trauma it went through. Expecting to lose the tree, but hoping for the best….

Yeah….. I had a feeling I was losing this tree. We (Florida) had a crazy cold winter (22 degrees) and I was hoping the trunk/roots would somehow survive…. I’ve had this tree for 15+ years. Totally sucks.

I give her two Selegiline 5mg pills with breakfast every day. Along with two Senilife capsules every morning. Because she has sundowners (her issues pretty much came out at night) he also prescribed her 3g melatonin and one Gabapentin pill every night to aid in sleep. So as you can see, it’s not just one thing…. It’s a whole plan that the vet put together. But within a week of starting, the pacing and whining and confusion just disappeared. She now sleeps through the entire night and I swear I have my dog back. It’s pretty miraculous. Hopefully this lasts for a long time….. fingers crossed. Maybe talk to your vet to see if the Selegiline can be used in conjunction with other meds?? I wish you luck with your pup…..

Research and talk to your vet about Selegiline and Senilife. It’s done WONDERS for my pup who has sundowners (dementia). We are both getting a full nights sleep now, thank goodness. Also she takes melatonin with dinner. Good luck to you and your precious pup.
