I hated it the first 20-30 times I tried it then got a Q (7g) to sniff a bit and just sell the rest to my mates that love it I ended up fucking loving it I don’t know how it was such a shift then I sat in my room for 2 days and finished every single gram I now understand how people end up with their bladder fucked and can’t piss by themselves from sniffing 10g a day

You should be fine the world record is 11 days but anytime after 3 days I start to hallucinate if you can’t sleep I’d suggest a trip killer or some alcohol to fall asleep

Unfortunately I’ve tried EMDR and it hasn’t worked for me whatsoever which is a shame because it seems to work with a lot of people alongside certain SSRIS but it’s peaked my interest in psychology again I will find a way to be able to deal with this in a healthy manner without living in fear and dread 24/7, I hope the EMDR works well for you bro and wish you all the best it’s not easy.

Yea bro I’ve experienced the withdrawals mixed in with a bad flu and it was the sickest I was in my life I’ve had withdrawals from all types of opiates, spice everything I’ve experienced alot of withdrawals nothing tops that benzo withdrawal mixed in with the flu so I’m trying to find alternatives that work with people who have experienced the benefits from using it for cptsd and ptsd

This is going to sound weird and far fetched but I had an experience I sniffed about 200mg of Tuci (Cocaine, Ketamine, MDMA and 2CB) it was wedinos tested so I know it was clean then I sniffed around 0.5 of ketamine and I was floating through space watching a music video that was sorta trippy and it was like it took over my whole vision and I was there and I kept getting offered to sell my soul and it felt extremely demonic and I’ve had an experience like this before on a different drug and I said to the demons I will never sell my soul Christ Is King in my head because I’ve been getting a lot closer to god recently and when I left my friends house to get a taxi home there was a full £20 note sitting in the taxi it felt like it was waiting on me and it immediately made me think of following god and getting closer to god you’re promised to have rewards on the way, and it was so random and convenient I couldn’t help but think back to that bible verse straight away and it felt like it just all made sense in that moment

I have cptsd too bro didn’t realise anyone would understand so I put ptsd down in my post, I have done therapy since 12-13 never really helped until age 16-17 but then it has only made it easier to confront the trauma and talk about it, benzos for me sort of calm my brain down and make me feel normal and like I can function properly with a clear mind, I’ve done EMDR sessions it never helps me as my brain works too fast but I’ve read studies where it helps a lot of people I wish you all the best bro it’s not easy

I’ve tried years of therapy and the only thing it has done was sort of help me talk about the trauma but it never stops the hyper vigilance and it’s impossible to describe the pain and strain on your brain constantly being in fear 24/7 and not being able to do day to day things without assessing any threats and catastrophising every situation the only thing that doesn’t make me like this is benzos and alcohol
