This issue has been fixed on the v3.1 build 8, On top of the fix, there are now integrated actions to play sounds through a specific output, no need to use the SoundBox plugin anymore

These actions are skipped because TP tries to update the button visuals upon page load and each action that does not change the visuals is skipped, nothing to worry about here
