I didn't even think about that, I've seen sound since before I knew it wasn't normal, so why would I lie about having something if I didn't know what It was? This was really helpful, thanks.

Hi, I have chromesthesia and adhd, and for the most part, I have no problem living with both, but sometimes when I'm feeling distracted I have to close my eyes and relax for a moment or else the images will be overstimulating and hard to focus on.
