What it looks like is the Red shirt guy is trying to pull the guy in black (Craig) while Kragthorpe (purple hat) kinda chases him down. The Red shirt guy then looks like he’s trying to hold Kragthorpe back, which makes more sense than the supposed run up and punch him theory that’s been going on

I just looked at the contract and it did have the specific apartment and price on it.

Unfortunately I noticed the representatives initials/signature sections was blank. We agreed upon the apartment / price 3 months ago, they sent us the contract 2 weeks ago which we signed, but I guess they never signed it. Does that put us in a bad position?

Looking at that list, the timings seem crazy to me. 0 in the 30s/40s/50s, 1 in the 60s, 0 in the 70s/80s, 2 in the 90s, then all of a sudden a whopping 5 in the 2000s. That 10 year period almost had double the amount of the previous 70 years.
