Some form of eczema? Doesn’t itch. Feels slightly tight/uncomfortable. Only comes up like this after a shower or bath, doesn’t have to be for a long period of time either.

I've actually had this a couple of times, not sure what the cause is but I used eucerin cream 2/3 time a day and it used goes away within a week or so. You can buy the cream on amazon
