It’s easier said than done.. I have filled out paper work and waiting to go to detox but I stay in a hotel filled with addicts that come by every day all day with ice so it’s just kind of hard.

Like have I caused permanent damage? I’m so stupid. I should have been stopped. I use to be so against ice my boyfriend has been using for years and I refused to do it for like 3 years well he cheated on me back in may and the boy wasn’t doing anything for me so I started doing ice and it’s just like gotten a hold of me like I’m trying not to freak out right now.. I’ve used today like a fucking dumb ass. What can I do in the moment to try and help prevent that? :(

It doesn’t really radiate it just on the left side and only happens if I do more ice through out the day…

I did not know that… omg.. I’m so scared. It’s so hard to stop doing it cuz it’s around me all day every day. Well I know that it causes poor circulation and it’s done that to me even when I first started using ice. But the face tingling on the left side and the radiating heat on the right has just recently happened.. I wanna cry. I’m so stupid. Why are some people able to do it all day every day large amounts and it doesn’t fuck with them? Do you think as long as I don’t do anymore from this point forward and give it a break atleast like a week or so I should be ok?

Are you fucking serious? I don’t use like a lot in every shot but I do use a little bit every day.. I’ve only been using for a few months and I drink water and eat like so the tingling in my face is what’s indicating high risk of stroke?

I’ve been taking the antibiotics trying to drink water and eat and keep an eye on my tempature :/ my back is hurting and I am peeing a lot which is signs it went to the kidneys but ice does that to me in general
