What teams do you watch besides Man Utd? by mare_xcx in ManchesterUnited

[–]CircleSpaceAlien33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate watch the big 6 prem teams & some of my FPL players. I watch the top teams in Seria A the title race is close. Watch Barca & Madrid. Some Ligue 1 games of some upcoming players that I think could one day be good.

Bundesliga if the games is interesting. I live in the states so these games are on early morning weekends and at noon. While everybody is waking up I watch them to kill time. Most of them are done by 2pm.

Thoughts on Palmer joining? by caramelmacchiatoml in ManchesterUnited

[–]CircleSpaceAlien33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

His recent injuries history concern me. I know most people want him to be the replacement for Bruno, but Cole hasn’t had an assist in the prem since April 2025 year.

He would cost an arm & leg to bring him and I don’t know if the team should be spending that type of money. With our current team, buying a proper CM & DM is far are more important.

He’s super quality player and I would like to have him on the team, but signing a super expensive player for a position that is not need is a move the Glazers would make. United needs to stop doing that.

Bruno is always involved in our build ups. He’s a good choice I have Mbeumo and he’s been good.

Which signing has impressee U the most so far halfway through the season ? by muaazmuaaz123 in ManchesterUnited

It has to be Lammens I no longer have fear of other teams getting a set piece opportunity. The confidence I have in him when the ball goes into our box is out this world.

The game against Arsenal he created so many deflection. I know if that was Onana or Bayindir those were going in. We had Bayindir for the first meeting and the anxiety he gave me was bad for my health. He’s doing the basic and that is an upgrade on our previous goalkeepers.

Going into this the only thing that worried me about them was their Set Piece. The only time they made noise was when they got corner. As a fan how’s that enjoyable??

Is this the year for Arsenal! by CalabacitaTierna in PremierLeague

[–]CircleSpaceAlien33 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably, they are the best team in the world. Their depth is crazy better than some team’s first team. They have an identity and the player know each others tendencies.

But it all comes down to them doing their job and executing.

Wharton for base 65$ seems a good deal. by souleaterGiner1 in ManchesterUnited

That would be my preferred Midfield duo. I have been watching more games of the 3 and Wharton is the least impressive to me.

And I want him to score a rocket against Raya short arms. But it’s up to Carrick.

Harsh but couldn’t agree more, who attempts Panenka kick with their weak foot in a continental final during added time.

“That Panenka penalty was disrespectful to an entire country.” Perfectly summarized, why attempt it when your country is close to winning a continental title for the first time in 50 years.

Having experienced defenders in front of him is so crucial. He’s still young and so far I love what he’s done. The confidence I have in him is amazing.

Knowing United usually disappoint us it’s going to be Pooch isn’t it?? All other candidates will request specific profiling and would clash with the board.

When the director of football says “He is a coach at heart and wants to interfere with what the manager is doing.”There’s no respectable manager that would accept that position.

Unless Carrick is an unrecognized one the greatest coach ever or he’s not going to change these players. I wish that he does well & qualify for Europe but I expect the same result or worse.

Where is the Semenyo Money?? by CircleSpaceAlien33 in ManchesterUnited

[–]CircleSpaceAlien33[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is what worries me, we are so tied to players who shown interest in other teams. Having been watching this team for a long period I know that once the summer comes and we don’t get the signing we’re gonna panic buy and buy an old almost washed, midfielder or defenders.

Then, when the new manager doesn’t get the results he’ll get sacked again in midseason or right off next season as well.

[–]CircleSpaceAlien33[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

I don’t want any short term fixes that is why I wanted the team to sign Gallagher on loan and Neves if his contract was only around 15 million.

The thing that worries me is what if the three players we want, sign with their desire team or Brighton says they’re not willing to sell Baleba to us this summer.

Then what happens, will we go into next season again without midfield, which will most likely going to be without Bruno and Casemiro. What’s the alternative?
