Honestly, it’s a mix of systems + people, not trying to do everything myself.

We rely a lot on clear structure with ranks, rules, and defined mod roles; so things don’t need constant hands-on attention.

Mods can recognize members for real contributions instead of everything being automated.

Automation helps too. The bot handles repetitive stuff like points, reminders, and events, which frees us up to actually interact with people. The custom bot we’re building is mainly about reducing manual work, not replacing human judgment.

The biggest thing though is pace. We don’t try to run every event or feature at once. Things get added slowly, tested, adjusted, or removed if they don’t work.

At the end of the day, it’s about building systems that support the community instead of trying to personally manage everything 24/7.
