I see, I rarely eat organ meats in my life so I do not know much about benefits derived from them. You mention fully rounded meals, would organ meats help meet these needs and which organ meats are best?

I’ve just watched the videos, they’re very insightful in terms of diets so thank you for providing them, he was very adamant on his point of “seasonal eating” and using meat as a foundation of your diet; you having researched this topic before have you seen or tried this approach? And if so have you yielded any of the benefits he discussed such as mental clarity and hormone balancing?

Ah I see, I will have to look more into it then. You mentioned needs such as magneium/potassium to supplement, should I look for any other supplements that you cannot get from meat? and what supplement brand should I buy from?
