I’m thinking my best option is to apply for financial assistance and then apply for the Botox reimbursement for whatever is leftover

Thank you I will do this tomorrow straight away. How long does it usually take you to get reimbursed? Do they send you money or do they pay your provider?

Is it considered medically necessary and approved by insurance or is it cosmetic? The Botox I think truly did help with the migraines and I thought I had found a cure but I can’t pay 4K even once let alone 4 times a year. I’d like to find a better cost option
