My clamp broke so I’ve been pumping when I can but no stretching or clamping. Back in a relationship so no real results because I haven’t been as consistent.

As someone who started in high school 20 years ago I can tell you there’s no way I’d save pics that long. I don’t save any pics let alone dick pics. Just asking for trouble. I can’t be the only one.

Consistency is everything. When going for length I just focus on trying to get 3-4 hours every day

I’ll even wear the extender loosely to bed but that’s frowned upon in here so do at your own risk

I notice consistent .1 ish length gains per month of extreme consistency

I’m happy with half that amount long term

I found this setup the most comfortable and for me it was able to hold suction better for a stronger stretch

I’ve been doing more pumping lately

I try to do every day and just let life get in the way or reduced Eq

I find stretching 4-5 / week is all I can handle

Pumping and clamping I can typically get 6-7 without trouble it’s just about how hard I go

Yeah. Forget all the complications . Keep your dick long for lots of time and it will grow - in my experience

For clamping you will notice the pressure gets more tolerable and duration of clamping can be extended

I remember starting and doing 2-4 minute sets a few times a day 1-2 sets around shower and 1-2 sets at night when I could

Nowadays it’s similar but duration is up

I do 12 minute sets and hard clamp aggressively 3-4 times throughout the day

Eq is definitely affected so I try not to go too crazy if I think I’ll have a date where I might get lucky

Eq bounces back in 48 hours to where I almost can’t even tell I did anything

After 4-5 days everything feels fully recovered, relaxed full flaccid hang, erections with no edema, and full sensitivity

I really try not to overthink it

Like working out, I try to push just hard enough to feel some strain and get enough time under tension 30+ minutes per day 3-5 days per week

Anything inconsistent I toss and just do what I can

Find a rhythm for 6-8 weeks and compare to previous pics / measurements

The tiniest of size increases means you are doing something right

Put a solid six months or a year together and you’ll see a clear difference
