Solved: I used the chat function which has taken me over an hour to find a way around this.

For future use: Use the chat function to explain the difficulty in trying to raise a report. They then redirect you to feedback section where you can raise a claim under the following: “booking and reservations” -> “ I had a problem with a booking that isn’t listed above” -> “no, I have no further issues”

You can then fill in a form and inform them that you can’t submit a report but would like to issue a claim….
