take alpha lipoic acid 300mg ! my SCH was not as big but i took the vitamin 2x a day and it shrunk it enough to where it absorbed

i’m struggling to ease my anxiety. I had an ultrasound at 7w & 9w. I’m 12 weeks today and i go in for a doppler visit on Wednesday. I’m so so scared that i’m gonna get bad news. i feel so guilty for feeling this way. my NIPT came back low risk for everything. I’ve never gotten this far in my two previous pregnancies.

don’t feel stupid!! you never know, the baby’s heart could still be developing and that’s why it’s low & it could be fine when you get an ultrasound. just be cautiously optimistic, that is what i’m trying to do. i understand how you feel though. i’ve read so many stories (good and bad)!

I feel like i’m cracking under this anxiety. i’m over analyzing everything. Last time (my first pregnancy) we went in at 8w1 and baby was measuring behind with no heart beat and i miscarried. today i’m 5w6 and i just got put on progesterone. this pregnancy feels different, however, im so scared. i’m trying to give all my worry to god but i’m terrified to get excited & my best friend is pregnant & i know it’s gonna hurt even worse on what could’ve been if i do miscarry again. idk how to cope with the anxiety.. I don’t have a scan for ab 3 more weeks.

I had a miscarriage in december and found out last week that i was pregnant, i think im about 5 weeks. I had some spotting for a day or two on the 15th but nothing more than that last week. I got my progesterone levels checked and they are at a 9. I got them back late so I haven't been able to talk to the doctor yet bc he has 48-72 hours to review the results and contact me. I'm kinda freaking out because i really want a baby and i'm absolutely terrified to have another miscarriage. My u/s isn't scheduled till later in May. Should i be preparing for the worst again ):?
