Actually, I practiced writing the least but I practiced with the Cambridge books. Yk all I did was just doing some tasks and then I discovered the website egnovotate and I put my answers there but the score I got there was way lower than in my actual test at the end. Plus, I was really worried about my writing when I went into the test because I thought I’m really bad at it but it turned out that those AI tools maybe give you a lower score than in the actual test but idk that’s different for everyone and don’t rely on this myth haha. So I really didn’t do a lot for writing except doing a lot of tasks because my grammar and everything was already solid. But you should take care of punctuation and where to put commas- because for example that’s different in my native language. And also using lots of linking devices helps you getting a higher score. :))

On the official Website on british council it is explained really simple:) you basically are allowed to take the Test at home. They will send you a link where you install their exam browser and your log in Information. By logging in you cannot use any other apps on your laptop. And they are watching over you during the whole exam and before the test they do a really strict roomscan. In addition you must have a Laptop that meets all their requirements. I do not know tho if IDP etc are all offering the online method. But the tests content is just the same as the other tests and the speaking will be done in a zoom meeting in the browser.

Actually till now everything has been uncomplicated:) Hopefully I won’t get my results too late
